ARC Ltd. is a destination and immigration service provider, your personal data will be collected under this scope, for relocation and in dealing with public authorities. 

The basis for the data collection is your personally given agreement. 

By giving your data by whatever means, you confirm that your personal data will be handled according to this privacy policy, according to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as ‘GDPR’) and the governing laws at the time of the data collection, including the freedom and autonomy of information laws of 2011./CXII (hereinafter referred to as ‘Infotv’).

Regarding the actual services our colleagues are more than happy to contact you through the contacts you have given us.

We will not send a newsletter to your e-mail.

Data handling

The Handled data

Our data handling includes the below personal data:

a. ID data (name, birthplace and date, nationality)

b. contacts (e-mail, address, phone number)

c. knowledge of language, education, work experience, skills, curriculum vitae, wage, employer data, job title, experience. 

d. official documents and cards (inter alia passport, IDs, address cards, residency permits, tax ids, social security numbers, proof of insurance)

e. proof of accommodation (inter alia lease contract, courtesy usage contract, address card, accommodation report form, certificates on accommodation issued by hotels)

f. other information that you shared with us or we have received via third party with your consent (eg. Bank account statement, criminal record, tax return, income statement, tax certificate).

 

In the case of an actual job offer, you might have to give additional data pertinent to the process.

Sensitive data (ie. data about your health, personal life or criminal history) can only be collected in the case it is necessary for the process and by an explicit written consent given personally by you. We do not take responsibility for sensitive data given to us without actual demand (ie health condition). So please, do not provide sensitive data in the documents that you share with us.
We use the data you provided to us, so you and your employer will comply with laws and regulations, especially to comply with laws on residency, employment, taxation and on social security. For the purposes mentioned above we may transfer your personal data to your employer and to our international partner who have initiated to provide these services to you.

The sources of the data

Personal data handled by us can come from these sources:

a. Personal data provided by you completely volunteer.

b. Your data shared by you (ie. Uploaded in Connect or in Bitrix).

c. Data given to a third party, if you allowed transmission. (ie. To employer or international service provider)

Data access

We will forward or provide your personal data to your employer or to our international partner.

In these cases, sometimes we will have to transmit your data abroad, to countries where the protection of privacy is not monitored by the European Union. 

Your data is only seen by our counselor colleagues or by the representative employees of your employer.

Duration of the data handling

You may cancel our permission to use your personal data anytime by sending an e-mail to  arc@arc.co.hu. To confirm the cancellation, an e-mail will be sent to you to the given address.

Data processors

ARC Ltd. handles your personal data with care and takes all organizational and technical measures and establishes the necessary rules on procedures to secure your data according to the governing laws.

In agreement with this, your data is secured from unauthorized access, change, publication, destruction or deletion. It is also protected from accidental destruction and/or harm, or the end of accessibility because of a change in technology.

Your rights in data handling: 

You can always ask for information about the handling of your data. You can ask to change, delete, correct or close your data and you are always permitted to cancel our permission to handle or use your data in its entirety or in some parts.

Legal redress because of data mishandling is done in accordance the GDPR.
